All orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking information.
International shipping is currently not available.
Please keep in mind the USPS is experiencing delays with deliveries and updating tracking information. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Did it arrive damaged?
In the rare event a package gets damaged, please contact us via Email immediately (within 24hrs of delivery date) at coyotebrainsglass@gmail.com
Please include the following in your email:
1. Name & Order Number
2. Phone Number
3. Shipping Address
4. Photos of Damaged Product/s and box
Undeliverable or Returned Packages:
If a package is not deliverable at the address you provided and it is returned to the studio, the customer will be notified asap to coordinate reshipping the package. The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
